How we assess operators
1. Licensing and operator information We verify that the operator holds a recognised international gaming licence, such as those issued by Curaçao eGaming or the Malta Gaming Authority. We also review publicly available information about the operator’s ownership, registered entity, and terms of service.
2. Payment methods for Indian users We review the deposit and withdrawal options available to Indian users, including UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, IMPS, and cryptocurrency. We assess stated processing times, minimum and maximum limits, and any fees or conditions attached to withdrawals.
3. Bonus terms and restrictions We read the full terms attached to welcome bonuses and ongoing promotions. We flag wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and any clauses that significantly reduce the practical value of an offer.
4. Cricket and sports coverage Given the importance of cricket to Indian users, we pay specific attention to IPL coverage, T20 and Test match markets, and the availability of in-play betting options. We also note coverage of kabaddi, football, and other sports relevant to the Indian market.
5. App usability and support We review the Android and iOS app experience, including navigation, account management, and the availability and responsiveness of customer support.
