Asia Cup Match timings revised
The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) confirmed on Saturday (August 30) that all matches of the Asia Cup 2025 in Dubai and Abu Dhabi will begin at 8 PM IST (6:30 PM local time).
In the schedule announced earlier this month, matches were supposed to start at 7:30 PM IST. The ACC made the adjustment to the start time ahead of the tournament, which will run from September 9 to 28.
However, the match between UAE and Oman in Abu Dhabi on September 15 will start earlier, at 4:00 PM local time (5:30 PM IST).
The Dubai International Cricket Stadium will host the high-voltage India vs Pakistan clash on Sunday, September 14. India’s campaign in Group A will begin against the United Arab Emirates in Dubai on September 10, followed by their last group-stage match against Oman in Abu Dhabi on September 19.

Group A includes India, Pakistan, UAE, and Oman, while Group B features Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong. The top two teams from each group will move to the Super Fours stage.
One Super Fours match — between A2 and B1 on September 22 — will take place in Abu Dhabi, while the other five Super Fours matches and the final on September 28 are scheduled in Dubai. In total, five of the six Group B matches and two Group A fixtures (UAE vs Oman and India vs Oman) will be played in Abu Dhabi.
