The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has unveiled the TATA IPL 2024 schedule for the first fortnight, spanning from March 22 to April 7, featuring 21 matches across 10 cities. Each team is set to play a minimum of three and a maximum of five matches during this period.

The tournament kicks off with a high-voltage clash between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore in Chennai, followed by a double-header weekend. Notably, Delhi Capitals will host their initial two home matches in Visakhapatnam due to venue constraints, facing Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders on March 31st and April 3rd, respectively.

The BCCI remains committed to collaborating with governmental bodies to ensure adherence to all necessary protocols amidst the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections, with the schedule subject to revision to accommodate polling dates.
