The video offered a glimpse into the focused preparation underway at the MI camp. The clip showcased Rohit Sharma, Bumrah, and Shams Mulani engaged in a catching drill. During the session, Bumrah took an impressive half-diving catch by extending his right arm. The exceptional effort drew a round of applause from Rohit Sharma, who acknowledged Bumrah’s brilliance with a clap and a smile.
Since his IPL debut in 2013, Bumrah has gone on to play 120 matches and amassed a total of 145 wickets, while the former MI skipper, Rohit, played 243 matches, boasting a total score of 6211 runs. As both Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah are coming off a successful Test series win against England, MI fans will be eagerly waiting for a successful season opener.
The opening match against GT is scheduled for March 24th at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, and both Sharma and Bumrah seem determined to bag the first win, adding more numbers to their stats.
