Jasprit Bumrah notched his 150th Test wicket with a superb delivery that resulted in the dismissal of Ben Stokes in the ongoing India vs England test at Vishakhapatnam.
On the second day of the ongoing India Vs. England Test at Vishakapatanam, Jasprit Bumrah achieved a significant milestone, claiming his 150th Test wicket by dismissing Ben Stokes. In the 50th over, Bumrah, coming around the wicket, angled the delivery in on a good length, catching Stokes off guard.
Attempting to defend, Stokes’ bat’s toe-end made contact with the ball, which not only kept low but also deflected off the bat, crashing into the off stump. Bumrah’s achievement is further highlighted as he becomes the second-fastest Asian bowler to reach 150 Test wickets.

On the match front, after India’s all-out for 396, England had a strong start, but the second session saw a dramatic shift. Kuldeep Yadav broke the opening stand by dismissing Ben Duckett, while Zak Crawley’s boundary spree was halted by Axar Patel at 76 off 78.
Jasprit Bumrah then removed Joe Root and Ollie Pope, setting up a challenging situation for England. The final session saw Bumrah’s five-wicket haul, and Kuldeep added two more wickets, leaving England in dire straits.
