Mihir Diwakar, CEO of Aarka Sports, strongly denied allegations of cheating MS Dhoni, clarifying the accusations as unfounded amid a legal dispute. Reports unveiled a rift involving Dhoni, asserting a supposed financial misappropriation of INR 15 crores due to a contract breach.
Diwakar countered by claiming Dhoni caused him financial loss and besmirched his sports community standing. He asserted that in 2017, Dhoni had sanctioned a joint venture for global cricket academies, an agreement still in effect.

“With utmost pain & consternation, I wish to clarify that the story planted in electronic and print media about me cheating MSD is utterly baseless. This has been done with the sole purpose of defaming me and to destroy my reputation in society, especially my reputation in the sports fraternity to inflict financial losses to me,” Divakar wrote on ‘X’.
His statement aimed to dispel these accusations, emphasizing the intent to defame him and inflict financial harm.

Diwakar also countered Dhoni’s financial claims by asserting that he doesn’t owe any money to MS Dhoni. He contended that Dhoni is the one who owes direct payments from specific academies. Additionally, Diwakar accused Dhoni of involvement in deceiving a business entity, Neuglobal Upajvardhak India Limited. He further rejected the false accusations levied by Dhoni’s team, intensifying the ongoing dispute.
