Rohit Sharma scolded his security for stopping a little fan from meeting him.

Amidst intense preparations for the upcoming tour of Australia, Rohit Sharma was spotted honing his skills at Mumbai’s iconic Shivaji Park gymkhana. Under the watchful eye of former Indian assistant coach Abhishek Nayar, the seasoned batter left nothing to chance as he geared up for the limited-overs leg of the tour.

While he will feature in the three ODIs, he will sit out the five T20Is, having concluded his T20 International career on the high of India’s 2024 World Cup victory.

Rohit Allows Kid To Come Closer To Him

The practice session drew a significant crowd of eager fans hoping to catch a glimpse of their hero in action. The gathering witnessed a particularly touching moment when a young admirer managed to breach the security perimeter in an attempt to meet Rohit.

The child was initially intercepted by security personnel, setting the stage for a display of the cricketer’s famed connection with his supporters. In a gesture that swiftly won the internet, Rohit was seen immediately calling off the security and insisting the young fan be allowed to approach him.
