Sourav Ganguly, another animated figure in cricket, was named the captain. Ganguly’s leadership was remembered for moments like his famous celebration at Lord’s during India’s 2002 NatWest Series win. Joining Ganguly in the lineup was former Australian captain Ricky Ponting, who made his mark as a fierce competitor, often engaging in sledging battles with opponents.
Sreesanth also included all-rounders Shahid Afridi and Shakib Al Hasan. Both have been known for losing their temper. Shakib, in particular, has displayed his frustration in domestic matches. In one viral incident, he kicked and threw stumps after an LBW decision against him.
