Recovery Period Likely to Extend Beyond Three Weeks
Additionally, according to a PTI report, Iyer is receiving treatment in the ICU after internal bleeding was detected. He was immediately admitted when doctors noticed irregular readings and discomfort in the dressing room. Medical staff acted quickly to prevent possible infection from the internal bleeding. He is expected to stay under observation for two to seven days, depending on recovery.
