Notably, Kohli consistently makes time for fans’ requests, often signing autographs and clicking selfies off the field. As the face of cricket, especially for Royal Challengers Bangalore, he cherishes a strong bond with Bengaluru and envisions ending his career with the franchise he’s solely represented.
During the ODI World Cup, the former India skipper had an exceptional stint, amassing 765 runs, including three centuries. This remarkable performance not only broke Sachin Tendulkar’s record for most runs in a single edition but also surpassed Tendulkar’s world-record tally of 49 ODI centuries. In the ongoing Test series against South Africa, Kohli contributed a crucial 38 runs in India’s first innings, supporting KL Rahul’s spectacular hundred that led to India’s total of 245.
