In the 48th over of the ongoing Australia vs. South Africa Women’s ODI, Masabata Klaas bowled a full toss to Alana King, who smashed it for a powerful six over the deep square-leg fence. However, in the process, King lost her balance and stumbled backward, causing her bat to strike the stumps.
Fortunately for Australia, the umpire declared it a no-ball, saving King from dismissal, and the team earned a total of seven runs from that delivery.

On the match front, Australia concluded their innings at 277 for 9, propelled by notable performances from Beth Mooney and Alyssa Healy, both scoring fifties, along with a quickfire 44 off 35 balls by Tahlia McGrath.
Despite South Africa showing glimpses of dominance, they struggled to maintain momentum. Masabata Klaas led the bowling attack for SA, finishing with career-best figures of 4 for 56, while Marizanne Kapp, although economical, didn’t complete her quota and was absent during the final overs, raising concerns about her well-being.
