As Kohli was batting alongside Faf du Plessis, the fan rushed to touch his feet, causing a temporary halt in the game until security escorted the fan out. The incident quickly gained attention on social media, with netizens expressing admiration for Kohli’s passionate fan following.
On the match front, RCB is having a strong start to their chase of 177 runs, thanks to a fiery opening by Virat Kohli. However, Du Plessis, opening alongside Kohli, had a short-lived stint at the crease as Kagiso Rabada dismissed him for just 3 runs in the third over.
