The squad relies heavily on its star players to consistently deliver performances. With a strong batting lineup comprising Faf du Plessis and Kohli opening, along with key players like Cameron Green, Rajat Patidar, Maxwell, and DK, the team aims to maximize its batting strength.
In IPL 2024, Royal Challengers Bangalore will aim to secure their first-ever title win, and Virat Kohli, his first-ever IPL trophy. Despite the recent success of their women’s team in WPL 2024, the men’s squad seeks to follow that achievement. Glenn Maxwell showcased exceptional form during Wednesday’s practice session, raising hopes for the team.
RCB’s first match of the season is against Chennai Super Kings on March 22nd at the MA Chidambaram stadium in Chennai.
