After a remarkable bowling performance of 4/62, De Leede emerged as the top scorer for his team, amassing 67 runs (68 balls) with six boundaries and two sixes.
In a standout moment of the match, the right-handed batsman executed a splendid shot by dispatching Haris Rauf’s delivery for a six during the 29th over. In their opening match of the ODI World Cup 2023, Pakistan secured a convincing 81-run win against the Netherlands at Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. Despite facing an early top-order setback, Pakistan posted a total of 286/10 in 49 overs.
