Ravindra Jadeja’s wife, Rivaba Jadeja, reacted strongly when asked about her family’s strained relations with her father-in-law Anirudhsinh, firmly declining to discuss the matter in public.
Rivaba Jadeja, the wife of Indian cricketer Ravindra Jadeja and a Bharatiya Janata Party MLA, found herself at the center of attention due to allegations made by her father-in-law, Anirudhsinh Jadeja. During a public event, Rivaba was confronted about her father-in-law’s accusations, which suggested she played a role in the family’s discord, particularly between him and her husband, Ravindra Jadeja.
Rivaba, visibly frustrated by the inquiry, responded sharply to a reporter, urging them to refrain from probing into her personal life during a public setting.
“Why are we here today? You can contact me personally if you want to know about it,” she lashed out at the reporter. The incident gained traction after a video capturing Rivaba’s response circulated widely online.
In a recent interview, Anirudhsinh made startling allegations against his daughter-in-law, accusing her of causing rifts within the family and suggesting that Ravindra Jadeja had distanced himself from his father and sister post-marriage. Anirudhsinh disclosed living alone in modest accommodations, reliant on his late wife’s pension of Rs.20,000 to sustain himself, despite residing in the same city as Jadeja. He also hinted at Rivaba’s control over Ravindra’s assets and properties post-wedding.
Ravindra Jadeja, responding to the interview, dismissed it as scripted and urged fans to disregard his father’s statements.
“Let’s ignore what’s said in scripted interviews,” he posted on his official social media profile.
