Stuart Broad and David Warner have entered into a war of words ahead of the Ashes later this year.

Stuart Broad earlier claimed that the previous Ashes where Australia won 4-0, was ‘void’ as it was played with the Quarantine restrictions. Many Australian cricketers have hit back to this comment from Stuart Broad.

In an interview with The Sydney Morning Herald, when asked about facing Stuart Broad, David Warner gave a cheeky response by saying, “He’s got to get selected first.”

He also said, “I don’t really have any plans, to be honest, so if he gets selected, then I’ll adjust when I’m out there. Hopefully, this time around I can come out and look to score and play in a positive way.”

Stuart Broad has dismissed David Warner 14 times in Test cricket. David Warner would be hoping to get the better off the England pacer this time.

An interesting battle awaits between the two in the Ashes series this time.
